1 day off per week

  1. Dynamic warm-up 90 minutes
  2. Exercise Bands 60 minutes
  3. Explosive Training 30 minutes
  4. Strength Training 3 hours
  5. Endurance & Speed 2 hours
  6. Tennis 10 hours
  7. Stretching / Yoga 90 minutes
  8. Foam rolling 30 minutes
