  2. Plank
  3. Split Squats: Touch fingers to ground
  4. Reverse Plank
  5. Burpees with pushup

No time for the gym. Try this workout.

Do 5 exercises for 15-75 seconds and up to 5 rounds. Shortest round can take 75 seconds with the longest being 6 minutes 15 seconds. Make sure you jog for a few minutes to get a sweat going before you start the workout.
