Explosive Training: Circuit

Sets: Choose 3-5 exercises, do one set of each exercise before repeating, no more than 10 minutes, do 3x per day instead of full workout

Reps: Alternate daily between Neural Activation 0-15 Seconds and Metabolic 15-75 seconds
Rest: Longer rest between sets (up to five minutes); for a full recovery between efforts.
Goal: 3x per week to improve coordination,  explosive speed and power, & recovery

GOOD FOR ALL AGES

TIME NEEDED: 10 minutes, 3x per week
