Orange Ball 10 & Under

10 & Under Orange Ball tennis is a developmental stage for children (typically ages 7-10) that uses specialized equipment—a 50% lower-compression orange ball, 23-25 inch racquets, and a 60-foot court—to make the game easier to learn. It is the intermediate step between RED ball & GREEN ball allowing kids to rally sooner and develop proper technique.

Red Ball 8 & under

8 & under red ball tennis is the introductory stage of tennis for children aged 5-8, featuring slower-moving, low-compression felt or foam balls on smaller courts with mini nets. It focuses on developing fundamental skills, allowing young players to rally, serve, and score in a fun, accessible, and less intimidating environment.

Green Ball 10 & under

10 & under green ball tennis is a development stage for children aged 9–10 (and advanced 7-8 year-olds) using low-compression, green-dot balls on a full-sized court. It acts as a final transition before full-power tennis, featuring 25% lower-bouncing balls, 25-27 inch rackets, and shortened sets typically to 4. Children develop movement, proper stroke technique, and match play strategies.

Yellow Ball 18 & under

Junior intermediate yellow ball tennis is the final stage of the junior tennis development pathway (typically ages 11-16+), where players transition to using standard, full-compression yellow balls on a full-sized 78-foot court. It is designed for players who have the fundamentals and are now focusing on refining technique, increasing consistency, developing strategy, and playing competitive matches

High Performance 18 & under

High-performance junior tennis training is a specialized pathway designed for competitive athletes (typically ages 8–18) aiming for high schcool, collegiate or professional levels. Unlike recreational programs, high-performance (HP) training integrates intensive on-court drills with structured physical conditioning, mental toughness training, and tactical strategy.
